Thomas Spence, 26, of Barra Close, Hemel Hempstead. Stole two DVDs worth £23.98 at Superdrug, St Albans on October 25 and committed the offence while subject to a suspended sentence for previous shoplifting offences. Jailed for seven weeks and £80 victim surcharge.
