Drivers flock for '˜ultra' cheap fuel in Apsley
Queues are building at a Shell petrol station after its prices dropped to just 107.6 pence per litre in Apsley this afternoon.
One witness at London Road said: “I haven’t seen fuel at this price in years.”
In comparison the Shell station in Warners End Road, Hemel Hempstead was at 133.8 pence per litre this morning.
