Designer shoes and handbags stolen during house burglary

Expensive designer shoes, handbags and jewellery worth thousands of pounds were stolen during a house raid.

Three burglars forced their way into a home in Christchurch Road, Tring, via the back door at around 6pm on Wednesday, November 11,

They went upstairs and stole several items from a bedroom including:

>Shoes by Jimmy Choo, Christian Louboutin, Gucci, Miu Miu and Mulberry shoes.

>Handbags by Gucci, Mulberry, Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs, Chloe and Coach.

>Jewellery including items from Tiffany and Links of London.

Gucci sunglasses and perfume were also taken, along with GHD hair straighteners and an iPad.

Police have just released details of the burglary as part of their appeal for witnesses.

The crooks, who were all wearing dark clothing and are thought to be around 20 years old, were seen running to a silver vehicle which drove off towards Icknield Road.

Det Con Richard Bagworth said: “I am appealing for anyone who saw three people acting suspiciously in the area around the times stated to contact me.

“I would also like to hear from anyone who may have information about the silver vehicle which the offenders were seen to get into.

“Any information, no matter how seemingly insignificant could greatly assist the investigation.”
