Two Hemel Hempstead teenagers arrested on suspicion of drug offences

Two teenagers from Hemel Hempstead were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class B drugs yesterday (Wednesday).

Safer Neighbourhood Officers were in the town centre yesterday (Wednesday) assisting partners from Dacorum Borough Council Environmental and Community Protection Team.

During the proactive operation two 15 year old males from Hemel Hempstead were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class B drugs.

Officers conducted a stop search after two young males were seen acting suspiciously on the Marlowes. A large quantity of cannabis was recovered.

One male has been released on bail while enquiries continue and the other has been released no further action.

Warnings were issued to a number of cyclists and skateboarders in breach of the Public Spaces Protection Order.

In addition details were obtained for issue of fixed penalty notices to two cyclists.
