Police are asking residents in the Apsley and Corner area to check to ensure their vehicles have not been broken into overnight.

A man was arrested on suspicion of vehicle interference, going equipped to steal and theft, in the early hours of this morning (Wednesday).

On the Dacorum Police facebook page officers shared a post and map (pictured) asking residents to check their vehicles. It said: "Following a report to Police in the early hours of this morning we have arrested a male on suspicion of vehicle interference, going equipped to steal and theft.

"Anyone who has CCTV or believe their car has been broken into should call Herts Police on 101 quoting ISR 55 of 07/04/2021."
