Police hunt Hemel Hempstead man who skipped court for theft

Police are hunting for a man after he failed to appear at St Albans Magistrates Court for theft on Monday (January 20).

Christopher Doolan, 42, whose last known address was Hemel Hempstead, may still be in the area.
