Police issued their advice this morning (December 23)
Hertfordshire Police are asking motorists to take extra care if they are travelling on the A41 between Berkhamsted and Watford this morning.
A tweet from the force said: “The carriageway is currently heavily flooded in places. Highways colleagues have been made aware."
