Hertfordshire Constabulary charges man suspected of making child watch sex act
Hertfordshire Constabulary has charged a man with child sexual offences.
Patrick Joyce, aged 61, of Hart Hill Lane, Luton, was charged with engaging in sexual communication with a child; arranging/facilitating the commission of a child; causing a child to watch a sex act and being in possession of a bladed article in a public place on Friday.
Joyce has been remanded into custody and will next appear at St Albans Crown Court on December 16.
Detective Constable Tom Campbell from Hertfordshire Constabulary’s Public Protection Command said: “Our investigation is continuing and anyone with any further information that could assist is urged to come forward.”
