CCTV appeal after racist incident at Hemel Hempstead service station

Police have released CCTV images of a man they would like to speak to after a racially-aggravated offence at Cupid Green Service Station.

The incident happened at around 1.25pm on Monday, December 30, in Redbourn Road.

A police spokesman said: "It is believed the man pictured may have been in the area around the time of the offence and he could have information about what happened.
