County hall issues flood warning
Herts County Council has warned motorists to take care on the roads ahead of the heavy rain forecast for tonight (July 23).
In a message to Hertfordshire residents, a spokesman said: “We could end up with some flash flooding in parts of Hertfordshire, so please don’t drive through flood water.
“If you are intending to travel please check for disruption first.”
