Chicken? Check! Nando’s is next to open at leisure park
Restaurant chain Nando’s is the newest addition to the ever-expanding new Jarman Fields development in Hemel Hempstead – and it’s opening its doors for the first time today.
Famed for its finger-lickin’ PERi-PERi spices and flame-roasted birds, the Portuguese-inspired venue is sure to be a hit with families as it opens between American-themed diners Frankie & Benny’s and Coast To Coast in the renovated leisure complex.

Hide AdThe first Nando’s in the town, it will bring 35 jobs to the area as well as seatingfor up to 120 diners.
Decorated with unique African art, the restaurant will conform to the chain’s tried and tested formulas for quick and tasty meals out.
Regional managing director Stephen Collard said: “We’re all very excited about opening the doors to our new Nando’s restaurant and can’t wait to give our customers the famous PERi-PERi experience.”
It seems the UK is a nation of Nando’s lovers as the country boasts more than 300 outlets, with Hemel Hempstead’s the latest to ‘hatch’.
