Would you like to help adults with learning disabilities to enjoy life and have fun?

Why not volunteer with the Gateway club and make a real difference to people’s lives?

This popular club has around 30 members and runs on the first Tuesday of the month from 7.30pm to 9.30pm at Adeyfield Community Centre.

They need volunteers who can help club members to get the most from their evening out.

The role involves socialising and playing games with club members as well helping with refreshments and making sure everyone has their coat when they leave.

You don’t need experience or qualifications for this role but you must have a sense of fun and a willingness to get stuck in!

One or two lovely volunteers are needed to come and join in the fun at this weekly playgroup.

A special lady runs this friendly group for toddlers from birth to school age.

However, she needs some help with setting up equipment, packing away, taking money, making tea and providing a comfortable and happy environment for mothers and toddlers.

“The Little Hoppers” runs on a Monday and Wednesday morning, 3 hours a day.

All those gurgles and giggles, how can you resist?

Berkhamsted and District Twins Club

The Twins Club is looking for a volunteer to help run their playgroup on Tuesday mornings.

The club meets at Sacred Heart Church Hall, Park Street, Berkhamsted.

The sessions run from 9.45am to 11.45am.

A volunteer is needed to set up, run and close up the group.

You would also be helping to look after the children and offer support to new mums arriving at the club.

Lower age limit for volunteers is 18 years.
