Calling all web designers, your council needs you!

Those with a flair for web design are being invited to bid for the chance to revamp Herts County Council’s website.

Small or medium-sized businesses specialising in web design services can find out about the plans to develop the site, what services are required and how to bid for contracts at an event in the county next Monday.

Frances Button, cabinet member for customer service and performance, said: “We want our new website to feature the latest technology, so it anticipates customer’s needs and offers a personalised, user-friendly service.
