Cafe is back on top after closure threat
The Cafe in the Attic in Berkhamsted – formerly the Attic Cafe – reopened on October 30 after Jon and Amy Warbrick were chosen from 10 other candidates to take it on.
Jon, 37, said: “It’s been going really, really well and we’ve had some lovely feedback.

The Warbricks renamed the eatery the Cafe in the Attic to coincide with their other business the Cafe in the Woods in Wendover Woods, which they have owned for eight years.
Father-of-two Jon, who is now sharing his time between the two, said: “At the Attic, we’re focusing on fresh, delicious home-made food.”
The cafe above Home & Colonial on the High Street is now open seven days a week and is focusing especially on vegan and gluten-free cuisine, which is being led by manager Kylie Lincoln and her team.
