Ambulance staff get perfect score
Frontline ambulance staff received a 100 per cent ‘very satisfied’ score from the March patient survey.
103 patients responded in the poll run by the East of England Ambulance Service. Control room staff were also rated ‘very acceptable’, ‘acceptable’ or ‘fairly acceptable’ by 99 per cent of respondents.
