Show apartment now open at Hemel Hempstead development

A show apartment has been completed at a development of apartments in Hemel Hempstead.

The two-bedroom home, at Bellway’s The Foundry, includes a range of modern interior fixtures and fittings and has been furnished and decorated by interior designers to give potential buyers an idea of what life could be like at the development.

Visitors to The Foundry can see the show apartment in addition to learning of the wide range of amenities buyers can enjoy at the development, including a residents-only business suite to alleviate the morning commute.

Bellway has also opened a sales centre at the site, on the former West Herts College campus, to field phone and email enquiries from customers.

When completed, the seven-storey development will comprise 110 apartments, including a mix of one and two-bedroom homes.

Homeowners at The Foundry will have access to an outdoor space with a dining table and table tennis table. An on-site estates manager service and gated allocated parking will also be provided.
