Work is underway on the new neighbourhood, with the showhome and sales centre set to launch in January 2022.

As part of the new development, almost £351,000 is set to be invested in the area, with contributions earmarked for the affordable homes and improving local infrastructure such as the provision of a nearby bus shelter and bus stop.

Katrina Crawford, sales and marketing director at Miller Homes Southern, said: “We’re delighted to have launched the first selection of homes at our already-popular Kings Gate neighbourhood.

"Kings Langley is a hugely sought after village in the desirable area of Hertfordshire, offering a wide range of stunning green spaces, pubs and independent cafes, as well as Ofsted rated ‘Good’ and ‘Outstanding’ primary and secondary schools.

“Within an hour’s drive of central London and neighbouring commuter town Hemel Hempstead, the development is ideally situated for those on the hunt for the perfect blend of city living and the upbeat, friendly atmosphere that a bustling village offers.

“So much has changed in the last year with regards to commuting. And while we understand that not everyone will return to the office immediately, for those who continue to embrace flexible working, there are a wide selection of options available for them to work from a local nearby café, while commuters can easily hop on a train to the city at Kings Langley Train Station.

“The neighbourhood’s already proving really popular, so I urge anyone eager to move to Kings Langley to register on our website for more updates.”
