More than a third of people in Dacorum have received their first dose of a Covid-19 vaccine, figures reveal.

Official figures from NHS England now reveal how many people have been vaccinated in neighbourhoods across the country

In Dacorum, 47,346 people had received at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine by March 7, equating to 38% of those aged 16 and over, according to the latest population estimates from the Office for National Statistics.

Of those vaccinated, 31,302 were aged 60 or over – 87% of the age group.

It means 16,044 people aged between 16 and 59 have received a first dose of the vaccine.

The data also reveals variation in uptake between different areas across Dacorum.
