Here's how many vaccines have been administered in Hertfordshire and West Essex

New NHS data has revealed how many coronavirus vaccines have been given out in each part of the country.

NHS England publishes weekly localised breakdown of coronavirus vaccinations administered every Thursday.

As of January 24, Hertfordshire and West Essex Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP) had administered 169,792 - which includes the first and second dose.

Here's a breakdown of the vaccinations in Hertfordshire and West Essex:

> 89,358 people under the age of 80 had received their first dose

> 63,338 aged 80 and over had received their first dose

> 82.6%* of all 80+ population have received their first dose.

> 3,034 people under the age of 80 had received their second dose

> 14,062 aged 80 and over had received their second dose

> 18.3%* of all 80+ population have received their second dose.

Here's a breakdown of the vaccinations administered in the East of England:

> 435,636 people under the age of 80 had received their first dose

> 285,970 aged 80 and over had received their first dose

> 79.9%* of all 80+ population have received their first dose

> 8,706 people under the age of 80 had received their second dose

> 44,791 aged 80 and over had received their second dose

> 12.5%* of all 80+ population have received their second dose.

* percentages are based on ONS mid-year 2019 estimates of the population of England.

In Dacorum, all GP surgeries have joined together to form a vaccination centre at Maxted Road, in Hemel Hempstead.

Residents will be contacted by text message or a phone call from their GP to book an appointment for their vaccine.

A pharmacy in Apsley has been added to the national booking system, residents can book to have their vaccine here, if they are in the priority groups and have received a letter inviting them to have their jab.

Alternatively, residents in Dacorum can also choose to receive their vaccine at the 'super' mass vaccination centre at Robertson House in Stevenage.
