Covid-19 update: here's how many new cases were recorded in Dacorum in the last 24 hours
Hertfordshire records 56 new cases
Dacorum recorded two new positive Covid-19 cases today (May 28).
The total for the borough is now 8,649, according to the latest figures from Public Health England.
In Hertfordshire, 56 new cases were recorded today - the total is now 77,591.
There have been no new Covid-related deaths recorded in Dacorum, the total is 321, according to Public Health England (deaths within 28 days of positive test).
The new figures are recorded between 5pm the previous day to 5pm and unfortunately don't include the number of patients who have recovered from Covid-19.
In the UK, as of today, 38,871,200 people have received the first dose of the vaccination for Covid, and 24,478,052 have received their second dose.
Nationally, the number of coronavirus cases has risen by 4,182 and now stands at 4,477,705. The number of deaths has risen by 10 to 127,768.
