Covid-19 update: Dacorum records another six cases in just 24 hours
Almost 50 people test positive in Hertfordshire
Dacorum recorded another six new positive Covid-19 cases today (June 2).
The total for the borough is now 8,670, according to the latest figures from Public Health England.
In Hertfordshire, 48 new cases were recorded - the total is now 77,795.
There have been no new Covid-related deaths recorded in Dacorum, the total is 321, according to Public Health England (deaths within 28 days of positive test).
The new figures are recorded between 5pm the previous day to 5pm and unfortunately don't include the number of patients who have recovered from Covid-19.
In the UK, as of today, 39,585,665 people have received the first dose of the vaccination for Covid, and 26,073,284 have received their second dose.
Nationally, the number of coronavirus cases has risen by 4,330 and now stands at 4,494,699. There were 12 deaths, bringing the total to 127,794.
