Covid-19 update: 8 new cases recorded in Dacorum in 24 hours
No deaths in Dacorum - but 11 nationally
Dacorum recorded eight new positive Covid-19 cases today (June 4).
The total for the borough is now 8,684, according to the latest figures from Public Health England.
In Hertfordshire, 77 new cases were recorded - the total is now 77,913.
There have been no new Covid-related deaths recorded in Dacorum, the total is 321, according to Public Health England (deaths within 28 days of positive test) - and 11 deaths recorded in the rest of the UK.
The new figures are recorded between 5pm the previous day to 5pm and unfortunately don't include the number of patients who have recovered from Covid-19.
In the UK, as of today, 39,949,694 people have received the first dose of the vaccination for Covid, and 26,422,303 have received their second dose.
Nationally, the number of coronavirus cases has risen by 5,274 and now stands at 26,799,944. The number of deaths stands at 127,823.
