Covid-19 latest: Four new coronavirus cases in Dacorum and 40 in Hertfordshire

Increase consistent with pattern which prompted Dacorum 'local lockdown' threat this week

As of today (September 4), there have been four new confirmed cases of coronavirus in Dacorum in the 24 hours, the total for the borough is now 625, according to the latest figures from Public Health England.

There were 1,940 positives tests in England bringing the new total to 342,351.

There were 10 deaths recorded nationally in the last 24 hours bringing the total to 41,537.
