As part of Herts Year of Culture Phoenix Entertainment will be running fun activities that are a great way to keep fit and boost well-being.
Activities include juggling, spinning plates, aerial hoop, tumbling, pedal goes, circus games, slack lines and more.
Rachel said: "The events industry has unfortunately been predominantly closed since March and as such arts and culture which is vital for people's wellbeing has been severely lacking in the community.

The workshops are for children aged five to 12, and there are some adult workshops too.
Rachel added: "The workshops are fun and creative, we have a wide range of activities including an Aerial Rig, pedal goes, juggling, spinning plates, balance feathers, poi, and circus games.
"We can cater for many disabilities too so please just ask."
