Holland & Barrett re-opened the doors to its Hemel Hempstead store this week with a brand new look and feel to make it even easier for customers to take positive control of their wellness this winter.

The store in The Marlowes has been completely refitted with an all new layout featuring almost 100 new specialist health supplements, almost 300 new clean and conscious beauty products and an increased range of sports products for customers to choose from.

Customers will have access to in-store specialists who are highly trained in nutrition, beauty and sports nutrition.

All Holland & Barrett store associates have the equivalent of an A level in nutrition, and are therefore ‘Qualified to Advise’ customers on the best ways of maintaining a healthy lifestyle through nutrition and supplementation.

With the popularity of products such as Manuka Honey continuing to grow, customers in Hemel Hempstead will have a dedicated honey bay offering a wide range of honeys – from the highest MGO Manuka and unique craft honeys from around the world.

Store manager Sachin Patel said: “Myself and the rest of the team at Hemel Hempstead are thrilled to be re-opening our brand new store and showcasing its new look and feel to our customers.

The store has implemented new technology so customers can shop safely and conveniently.

A new click and collect service will allow customers to order online and then collect directly from the store at a time that is convenient for them.

Sustainability has been a focus in the design of the new store and lighting has been redesigned to be more efficient, reduce energy consumption and cut carbon emissions.

The store has also included social distancing features to help keep colleagues and customers safe, with the installation of shielding screens at each counter, alongside antibacterial hand gels for colleagues and customers to use.
