Hightown staff donate toiletries to Hemel Hempstead charity

Staff from Hightown Housing Association have donated essential personal care and beauty items to a charity to help vulnerable people in Dacorum who are isolating at home and can not afford to buy them.

DENS charity, based in Hemel Hempstead, will distribute the parcels to single people and families in Dacorum.

The donations included items such as deodorant, soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, shaving cream, pampering products, in addition to hand and body lotions.

Natalie Sturrock, Head of Housing at Hightown Housing Association, said: “We know how difficult it is for many people at the moment.

"Providing these essential items will help local people who are vulnerable and are struggling financially to have the things they need and the care they require.

"I am very grateful to all the staff who contributed to the collection."
