Recent restrictions have taken their toll on retail stores across the country but one shop is hoping its new venture will prove tea-rrific with Hemel Hempstead shoppers.
MooBoo, which has opened at The Marlowes, hopes to brew a new bubble tea trend with a buy one get one free offer for all customers ordering to takeaway.

Hide AdFor those new to bubble tea, the popular drink originated in the 1980s from Taiwan and has since swept the nation, to now land with more than 1,000 flavours in MooBoo’s kiosk at The Marlowes.
Amit Chatterjee, owner of MooBoo at The Marlowes, said: “We want to thank the Hemel Hempstead community who helped support our MooBoo team during the launch weekend and who have made our transition into The Marlowes such a success.”
Humphrey Mwanza, The Marlowes’ general manager, said: “We are delighted to welcome MooBoo as a new addition to The Marlowes, alongside our other stores, eateries and facilities that have managed to keep operating and serving the community during these difficult times.”
Humphrey added: “We are incredibly grateful to all of our guests, retail customers and staff who have played such a vital role in keeping The Marlowes open and operating in a safe manner throughout 2020. We look forward to welcoming guests to MooBoo and all of the other great outlets in The Marlowes very soon.”
