Curtain goes up on challenging production as Frayed Knot Theatre team tackle Jerusalem

The critics have called it the best new play this century, and tonight the team at the ambitious Frayed Knot Theatre Company will be staging Jez Butterworth’s smash hit Jerusalem at Pendley’s Court Theatre.

It’s rooted deep in rural England and set on St George’s Day, the morning of the local county fair, but the May Queen has gone missing.
