John Kirkpatrick on the bill as folk returns to the Maltings
Folk At The Maltings begins a new season of St Albans music sessions next Friday, October 4, with one of the most prolific performers on scene topping the bill.
John Kirkpatrick, hailed Musician of the Year in the 2010 Radio 2 Folk Awards, is an instrumental virtuoso and session musician who is also acknowledged as a leading interpreter of English folk music.
John will also be leading musicians in workshops at the Maltings the following day.
