Community comes together for New Year Social Afternoon Tea at Hitchin care home
Local care home Iris Court welcomed the community in with a New Year Social Afternoon Tea that brought together community members, previous respite residents and friends of iris court for an afternoon of connection and celebration.
The afternoon was filled with Storytelling and laughter as guests shared memories and experiences sparking plenty of laughter and lively conversation throughout the room. The event provided a valuable opportunity for the community to reconnect and enjoy each others company heightening the sense of community. Whilst enjoying an indulgent afternoon tea of homemade sandwiches, scones and cakes made by Iris Court’s Head Chef.
