With the warmer weather, numbers have been creeping up and this was the third week in a row with more than 120 runners.

Ross Langley of Tring Running Club was first over the line in 19:00, followed by Graham Smith of St Albans Striders in 19:35. Dom Evans of Tring RC was third.
