‘Mystery tent’ email part of burglary investigation
An Online Watch Link email about a ‘mystery tent’ near Tring is part of police enquiries into a recent spate of burglaries.
The message, which was sent by PCSO Mark Green on Monday, says officers are looking for ‘a tent located in the middle of a field somewhere in the Tring area’.
A spokesman for Herts Police confirmed that officers want to speak to the person staying in the tent as part of their investigations.
They said: “We don’t believe the person inside to be of any danger to the public.”
