Flower power for society's summer show

Bovingdon & District Horticultural Society will hold its Summer Show on Saturday, July 9.

There will be exhibits of flowers, fruits, vegetables, floral art, preserves and baking, photos, children’s exhibits and handicrafts at the Memorial Hall in Bovingdon High Street.

Set up will be from 10.30am, visitors are welcome from 2.30pm and prize-giving will be at 4pm.

The deadline for online entries is 10pm on Thursday, July 7.
