Luke Hinton, chairperson for AViD, said: "Members will be given a vote at the AGM about decisions and direction that the organisation is taking, and will be given a chance to vote on key roles too.
"Members will also be offered the chance to become more involved in the activities that AViD will be undertaking to help the cause too."
Last year, AViD carried out a survey to help support a new venue to meet the needs of the local community - they had 493 responses.

They also found that 63.6% of those surveyed said that they attended at least one event a month outside of Dacorum.
Using the results AViD has spoken with members of the local council and MP's about future plans.
