Stags snap up former London Broncos ace O’Callaghan

Although only 24 years old, the London-born player has a wealth of experience in the Super League, having played more than 100 games for the Broncos.

Hemel head coach Troy Perkins said, “Jamie is the highest profile signing the club has ever made.

“He is a quality player who has plenty of versatility as he can play centre, wing or full-back.

“Apart from adding a fantastic player to our squad, his experience with be invaluable. He has got plenty of size and speed and will be a handful for opposition’s defences.”

O’Callaghan will be looking to make his debut for the Stags in their pre-season warm-up game at Coventry Bears on Saturday.
