Connor Scott’s hat-trick helped Doncaster RLFC thrash Stags 80-18 as they ran in 11 tries.

A brace of tries from Aaron Jones-Bishop and Sam Doherty as well as scores from Scott, Kieran Cross and Jason Tali got the ball rolling as Doncaster raced into a 40-12 lead at the break.

Aaron Hall and Matt Ross’ converted scores in the first half were as good as it got for Hemel.

The hosts would extend their dominance with another 40-point half after the break.

Tom Carr added four of his 22 points as tries from Kieran Cross, Liam Welham, Tali, David Foggin-Johnston and a late brace from Scott completed the rout.

Hemel remain bottom of the table with just one league win so far this campaign.

They host mid-table Newcastle Thunder on Sunday, kick off 2.30pm, in the final match before the league splits in two.
