Lowe downs the opposition to take gold at the southern champs
Dacorum & Tring AC’s Phillipa Lowe won the South of England AA senior women’s title in the 400m hurdles in a time of 59.17s, after cruising through her heat to win in 61.81s.
Lowe’s winning time in the final was just 1.67s off her PB, which she achieved at Loughborough last month, and which vaulted her into seventh place overall in the UK senior women’s rankings for the event.
