Youngsters encouraged to sign up for second Hemel Town FC academy open night

Following last Thursday’s first intake of new scholars for September 2015, Hemel Hempstead Town have revealed the details of their next academy open evening.

The evening will be a chance for prospective new academy applicants to find out more about the scheme.

The meeting will take place in the main hall at Hemel Town FC’s Vauxhall Road ground on Thursday, April 23 at 6.45pm, and Year 11 students who aim to achieve four GCSE A-C grades in May are welcome to attend.

The recently selected scholars will be presented to the Tudor fans officially during half-time of Hemel’s home game against Bishop’s Stortford on Saturday, April 11.

This month’s successful intake will take to the pitch during the interval at the Tudors’ final home game of the season on Saturday, April 25 against Eastbourne Borough.
