Hyam impressed at Vauxhall Road last season after joining the club on loan from Reading, where he was a prominent feature in the academy’s U21 side. He has also represented the Scotland U21 side on four occasions.

The youngster returned to Reading before being snapped up by new Daggers boss John Still. He has featured heavily recently, helping Dagenham to two consecutive clean sheets, and will now stay at Victoria Road until April 5.

Hyam – along with former Hemel favourite Oliver Hawkins – will hope to help struggling Dagenham to avoid the drop with a strong end to the campaign.
