Debut futsal victory for the Herts Girls U10s

Herts Girls U10s played their first ever game of futsal last week in an all-girls' tournament organised by the Herts FA and the Hertfordshire Girls Football Partnership League.

The Herts Girls U10s were victorious at their fist ever futsal tournament

The tournament saw 107 teams come together, with girls aged 8-16 taking part.

The Herts Girls had an impressive run in the group stages, winning all seven of their games and not conceding a single goal.

The final was only won by one goal, but it was an impressive and hard-fought victory for the Herts Girls.

Team manager and coach Richard Rogers said: “Congratulations to all the girls on their achievement.

“These girls have really bonded well together – they have only been together for nine months and continue to improve week on week.”
