Chesham United Reserves 4
 Kings Langley 0

Kings Langley finally recorded an elusive clean sheet as they romped to victory at Chesham United Reserves.

Kings were good value for the win, and picked up the deserved three points courtesy of goals from Jimmy Armstrong (2), Nathan Pooley and Tom Carter.

The first 30 minutes produced little in the way of goalmouth action, but Nathan Pooley came close for Kings with an effort that flew narrowly over the bar.

Both sides were struggling to keep possession of the ball but it was Kings who made the breakthrough when Armstrong reacted sharply to poke home a loose ball.

And the visitors doubled their advantage shortly after half-time as Pooley slotted home for 2-0.

It was now just a matter of time until Kings added a third, and they did so courtesy of Carter who powerfully headed home Jack Pattison’s cross.

The visitors were now beginning to run riot and Armstrong wrapped up the win with his second goal of the game – the striker glancing home a pin-point cross from substitute Callum Adebiyi.

Langley currently sit in ninth position in the MSSML Division One table
