BSFL round-up: Four-midable Mannion soaring for Doves against the Tornadoes

Adiel Mannion was on scintillating form as he fired Doves United to victory over Berko Tornadoes in the BSFL Premier Division.

Mannion helped himself to four goals in a 5-3 victory, with Ryan Charles also on the scoresheet.

Elsewhere in the division, a Matt Dean hat-trick did the damage for Flaunden in a 3-1 victory over Gossoms End, while Comets Sports Club beat Berko Athletic 2-0 with strikes from Luke Sharpley and Leo Mullett.

The other game in the division ended as a 0-0 stalemate between Park Rangers and AFC Boars.

Greenacres II were the big winners in Division One this week, thumping Berko Tornadoes Reserves 8-1 courtesy of five goals from Scott Carrington, two from Paul Hanafan and one from Phil Maloney.

Apsley Athletic beat AC Grapes 4-2 with goals from Ollie Gurney, Chris Linsell, Ryan Rowe and Andy Grew, while Neil Patel, Dean Howie and Keii Roberts netted for Jam United in a 3-1 win over Woodhall Wanderers.

Leverstock Green Corinthians had Ryan Fahey and Alex Kinsley to thank for a 2-0 win at Potten End Sunday, and Envirologisics shared a 1-1 draw with The Bull Athletic.

There were plenty of goals in Division Two, with Ben Fisk (3), Lee Picknell (2), AJ Adzahoe, Steve Kilner and Darren Hewitt earning an 8-1 victory for Hemel Athletic against Robin Hood.

Alex Bateman hit four and Tom Read, Dominic Holmes and George Biggadike also netted as Jocketts hit The Midland 7-0, while Focus won 5-1 at Palace with efforts from Sean Lane (3), Alan Tizzard and Josh Bundy.

The Queens Head beat Landrovers 5-2 courtesy of goals from Simon Blundell (3), Ben Osborn and Nick Jones, and FC Intervino had Jake Hosier and Michael Norman to thank for a 2-1 win at Clarkwood.

Berko Athletic Reserves were the stars of Division Three as Henry Hadaway hit five goals on his debut to help his new side to an 8-2 victory against The Old Bellgate. Dave Bayliss (2) and Adam Goldthorpe also netted.

Joshua Hart (4), Sean Grange and Bradley Turner got the goals for AFC Saints in their 7-3 win over Sporting Blackbirds, and Old Bell Athletic won 4-1 at Hemel Tudors thanks to Sean Workman (2), Matthew Richardson and Lavinia Zgimbau.

A&A Flooring won 3-1 at Adeyfield Reserves with strikes from Dave Thomas (2) and Matt Lippard, with Paul Joyce, Sam Conroy, Clint Findley and Jack Barret earning a 4-2 win for Echoes at Berko Tornadoes A.

Boxmoor won 3-1 at Gade thanks to Shaun Williams, Christian Hough and Tom Colquhoun.
