Josh Chamberlain returns after a one-game suspension, and the enforced rest will also have eased Berko’s recent injury crisis.

Berko follow up on Tuesday with a home Challenge Trophy tie against Aylesbury United Reserves – a side from two divisions below them in the non-league pyramid.

Berko’s progress in other cups has given them new fixtures; in the FA Vase on Saturday, October 3 at home to Northampton ON Chenecks, and on Wednesday, October 14 at Hadley in their defence of the Premier Division Cup.

Meanwhile, Berko’s reserve side conceded three goals in each half at Broadwater on Saturday as they went down 6-0 to a physically stronger North Greenford United side in the Suburban League North.

Bradley O’Donovan and Alex Foster made their comebacks for Berko in this game, but they couldn’t prevent the heavy defeat.
