Dacorum and Tring AC to open their doors for a festival of running

Runners of all abilities are encouraged to go along to Dacorum & Tring Athletic Club’s second annual open evening on Tuesday at the Sportspace Athletics Track at Jarman Park in Hemel Hempstead.

The club welcomes anyone interested in athletics, road running and cross-country to join them for a festival of running, with the Mizuno Road Show offering free gait analyses, shoe-fittings ands try-outs together with expert advice.

Also on hand will be Berkhamsted Sports, the specialist sportswear shop, and a range of running experts -–from physiotherapists to physical trainers, sports masseurs and osteopaths.

The club is also conducting its autumn induction session for youngsters aged 10 and older who are looking to join the club, as well as an opening training session for all levels of new and interested road runners.

The open evening takes place from 6pm to 8.30pm, while the induction session starts at 6.30pm. Road Runners’ training is from 7pm to 8pm.
