You could get £7,600 to travel around Europe's most romantic locations - here's how

Fancy a holiday but strapped for cash? US jewellery store Robbins Brothers is offering one lucky couple $10,000 (about £7,600) to travel around Europe.

The store is looking for so-called 'Proposal Ambassadors' to tour Europe's most scenic destinations in search of the most romantic proposal spots on the continent.

As ambassadors, you would need to find 20 gorgeous proposal locations in Europe and document your findings for Robbins Brothers. Europe has some of the world's most popular proposal destinations, including Rome and Paris.

Alongside the £7,600 budget for travelling, the company is also offering the lucky couple an hourly wage - though this is dependent on where you come from.

Best of all, applicants won't even need to give up their day jobs for the role as there's no set schedule for the trip.

How do I apply?

To qualify, you have to be married or in a "serious relationship", as well as being active on social media.

To apply, you'll have to head to the Robbins Brothers' website, or if you're in the US, you can visit a store in-person before online applications open. Stores can be found in San Diego, Houston or Dallas.

The application will ask couples to answer a series of questions asking why they're suitable for the rule over a video, to be uploaded to the company website.

Applications will open on Valentine's Day, (14 Feb 2020) closing on 28 February 2020. The winner is expected to be announced on 6 April.

However, be warned - if you're applying, you'll face stiff competition. A travel opportunity offered by Robbins Brothers last year reportedly attracted upwards of 1,000 applications.
