Woman before court for owning dangerous breed of dog

Richard Steven Barlow, 44, of Belsize Road, Hemel Hempstead. Absolute discharge and dog to be destroyed within two months unless an exemption is made based on conditions including dog being tattoeed, third party insurance obtained and dog is kept muzzled and on a lead in a public place.
