Dacorum Borough Council had only just completed improvements to Bank Court as part of the Hemel Evolution programme, finishing off new granite paving with an attractive circle of planters.

Councillor Graham Sutton, the council’s portfolio holder for planning and regeneration, said, “We’ve invested heavily in Hemel Hempstead town centre’s regeneration, transforming it into an attractive place to shop and socialise.

“The council will not tolerate individuals spoiling it for others and treating it with disrespect. We should all be proud of our town.”
