Two in custody over thefts from cars
Two men were arrested on suspicion of theft from a motor vehicle in the early hours of yesterday morning (Wednesday, April 6).
Police were called to River Park, Boxmoor, at 12.13am to reports of men behaving suspiciously.
Officers caught several people driving away from the scene in a Vauxhall Vectra and they followed it to Fishery Road, where the suspects ditched the car and made off on foot.
Two men, aged 30 and 31, were detained and arrested before being taken into custody.
