Tuesday expected to be the hottest day of the year
Temperatures will soar to 31C in Hertfordshire by tomorrow as we hit the hottest week of the year so far.
The majority of the country enjoyed a hot and sunny weekend with temperatures set to rise even further over the next few days.
Hemel will reach peak heat by 4pm, and will only cool to an easier 24C when cloud arrives at around 10pm.
Both Tring and Berkhamsted are only expected to be slightly cooler tomorrow, each reaching highs of 30C.
Temperatures will ease throughout the week from then on, with some light showers expected around 7pm on Friday.
