Three members of same household fined for assault

Vishal Vinod, 23, of London Road, Hemel Hempstead. Stole food items to the value of £25 belonging to Shell garage in Hemel Hempstead with two others on January 12. Ordered to pay £25 compensation and fined £73, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

John Olakunle Phillips, 29, of Ritcroft Street, Hemel Hempstead. Possession of a small bag of cocaine and a grinder containing a small amount of cannabis in Watford on January 25. fined a total of £665 and £85 costs.

Mitchell Brian Fitzpatrick, 22, of Summerhouse Way, Abbots Langley. Damaged a fence belonging to a woman in Watford on December 1. Ordered to pay £33.99 compensation and fined £200, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Tina Angela Knighton, 39, of Windsor Close, Bovingdon. Drink driving with 101 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath (limit is 35) and possession of one wrap of cocaine in Hemel Hempstead on December 31. Banned from driving for 23 months to be reduced by 23 weeks on completion of a rehabilitation course, community order including 24 days Drink Impaired Drivers Programme and 12 months supervision requirement and fined £115, £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Martin Edward Horsfall, 30, of Masons Road, Hemel Hempstead. Stole a packet of chicken breasts to the value of £6 belonging to Londis in Hemel Hempstead on November 12 and failed to surrender to St Albans Magistrates Court on February 5 . Fined £50 and £20 victim surcharge.

Zoe Louisa Morrissey, 23, of Waveney, Hemel Hempstead. Breached a community order by being absent from a place of curfew on December 13, 15, 16 and 17. Fined £100 and £85 costs.
