Tina Angela Knighton, 39, of Windsor Close, Bovingdon. Drink driving with 101 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath (limit is 35) and possession of one wrap of cocaine in Hemel Hempstead on December 31. Martin Edward Horsfall, 30, of Masons Road, Hemel Hempstead. Stole a packet of chicken breasts to the value of £6 belonging to Londis in Hemel Hempstead on November 12 and failed to surrender to St Albans Magistrates Court on February 5 . Fined £50 and £20 victim surcharge.

Zoe Louisa Morrissey, 23, of Waveney, Hemel Hempstead. Breached a community order by being absent from a place of curfew on December 13, 15, 16 and 17. Fined £100 and £85 costs.

Committed fraud by giving a false name to obtain a V5 for a motor vehicle and driving without a valid licence or insurance and obstructed a police officer in St Albans on January 29.
